Whitton & Laing are now offering the latest drone photography as a brilliant new way to market property.

Photos and/or video of your property are shot from a small, remote-control helicopter. This allows a property to be seen from the air, and therefore to capture the house together with its garden or even a wider view.

Chris Heal, sales manager at Whitton & Laing, said that “drone photography and video offers sellers with properties in a fantastic location, the chance to show the house in its wider setting, thereby greatly increasing its marketability”.
