Maintenance & repair

Regular general maintenance is necessary to all buildings and can be regularly scheduled and programmed, but equally there is a need to be able to react quickly in an emergency and we have a list of trusted contractors, who are able to assist us in these matters.

With our local team of Property managers and administrators, we are able to attend site at short notice, as well as making regular scheduled visits, dealing with any emergency situations, in addition to the day-to-day running of the development.

24 HOUR SERVICE

In practice, instant access to a Managing Agent is rarely needed during the night, not least because most crises need either the emergency services, or someone to turn off a stop cock and we are able to provide a service to deal with any out of hours emergency situation. However, we are currently working to provide a 24 hour service to meet the needs of our clients.
