Westcountry property group secures exposure in London

The Experts in Property, a network of 80 Westcountry estate agents, of which Whitton & Laing is a member, has strengthened its presence in London with leading independent estate agency joining the group as an affiliate member.
The partnership with Hammersmith Lawsons & Daughters means that
property for sale with Whitton & Laing will be directly and continuously promoted in the prestigious and busy high street offices of Lawsons & Daughters, which is ideally positioned in one of London’s most popular and affluent residential areas of Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea.
Like all members of the Experts in Property, Lawsons & Daughters is an independent estate agency. Established for more than 30 years, the company has earned a reputation for its professionalism in all aspects of residential property services and will carve a new place in the market for its specialism in Westcountry property for buyers in the area.
During the 12 month period from the middle of 2014, just under 300,000 people moved to the South West from other parts of the UK – the largest proportion of these from the South East and London.
