High visibility on the internet is crucial. We market your property – complete with photos, descriptions and floorplans – on all the most visited property websites as well as our own. 

THROUGH 80 OFFICES ACROSS THE WESTCOUNTRY AND LONDON

As members of The Experts in property group, you’ll have not just us, but around 80 other member offices from Bristol to Penzance marketing your property too. We also market you at the new central London office of Distinctly Westcountry, just around the corner from Marble Arch (find out more).

BY EMAIL AND PHONE 

As soon as you instruct us we send your property’s details by email, text and post to our huge database of buyers. Then we call those we know to be keenest and start to book the viewings.

Because of our long-established position in the area, and because we’re also lettings and block management agents, we’re in regular contact with landlords and investors looking for good opportunities and of course we’ll be sure to speak to them too.

Despite the power of modern marketing, traditional ways are still a useful source of enquiries. We display your property in our prominent high street windows and – with your permission – put up one of our distinctive ‘for sale’ boards at your property.

We can also add your property to our regular advert in the papers like the Express & Echo, the Budleigh Journal and the Exmouth Herald. If we think it’s appropriate, we can seek editorial coverage for your property too.
