Whilst it is no longer a legal requirement to hold an Annual General Meeting, we do encourage owners to do so, as this is the time at which everyone can come together to review events of the past year, look ahead to the future and to discuss their views and suggestions on any particular matters and it is always incredibly helpful for your Manager to be part of these discussions, in addition to which it is always nice for all of us to be able to put a face to a name!

We will organize the meeting, prepare the Agenda and distribute these in line with the required notice period within your Memorandum & Articles of Association, also included within the Notice will be items such as a copy of the most recent accounts, the previous year’s Minutes (if available) and any financial information.  Your Manager will be happy to Chair the Meeting and take Minutes (unless any of your group prefers to do so) and we will also distribute the Minutes of the Meeting to everyone.

New working practices also mean that we are now also able to offer Zoom or Team Meetings, as an alternative way of holding meetings, which some groups have now taken as their preferred way of meeting.

Within our fees, in addition to the AGM, we are also available to attend up to four Directors’ meetings a year if required, where again, we will take and distribute the Minutes to the Directors ~ any further meetings may be subject to an additional charge, which would be discussed and agreed prior to the meeting.
