DRAW UP TENANCY AGREEMENTS
Once you're happy with the choice of prospective tenants we compile the Tenancy Agreement and all the associated documentation and go through it with the tenants, ensuring they are fully aware of their responsibilities. The tenancy agreement and prescribed information is sent to all parties to sign electronically. We do not sign tenancy agreements on behalf of landlords as we think it important that both parties are familiar with their obligations under the terms of the tenancy.
SAFETY & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We will arrange for all of the checks and certification required by law, and make sure that your property complies with all legal and safety regulations, we will advise you if you need to take any remedial action before the tenancy starts.
COMPILE THE INVENTORY
An accurate Inventory/Schedule of Condition is essential at the start of any tenancy to avoid disputes at the end. This is a comprehensive document with a room by room description of the condition together with photos.
