We work with a number of property developers across the South West, where we are well placed to work with them from an early stage.  We are able to attend team meetings, where we are often able to flag up anything we see may be a potential issue to the ongoing smooth running of the development ~ which can range from the location of bin stores, access to service equipment, responsibilities/ownership of any odd pockets of land around the estate, or unusual covenants.

We would also provide draft budgets for consideration by yourselves pre-marketing, following which they would be fine-tuned to your requirements, these would include, amongst other things, obtaining costings for any maintenance contracts, or metering for more specialist utilities such as the ground source heat pump and electric car charging units and sinking funds for longer term maintenance.

We operate a specialist Property Management Accounting system, which easily allows us to create multiple schedules within the overall budget, to fairly reflect each leaseholder’s obligations to the budget, as well as providing regular financial reporting to residents in the future.

We are also happy to liaise with your sales team, or indeed speak to potential purchasers should they have any early questions, whether these are simply practical issues, or should they have any concerns about a move from a freehold to leasehold property, which often helps to allay any fears and thus secure sales.
