We would prepare a budget and agree with the residents the level of service charges to be collected.  Whilst it is the Agent’s responsibility to provide professional advice and recommendations, we believe it is important that it is your group who makes the final decision, of course, these being in line with the requirements of your lease and any other legal obligations.

We have found that keeping an open and transparent accounting system greatly promotes residents’ trust and confidence in their agents and helps to build a strong foundation for a good working relationship between all parties.

In situations where there are bad and slow payers, or residents who meet with hard times, we can provide a flexible enforcement service and have an excellent record of debt recovery.
