From Budleigh Salterton head North on the East Budleigh Road/B3178. Continue on the main road through East Budleigh turning right at the signpost for Otterton. Continue through the village passing Otterton Mill on the right hand side and this cottage will be found at the far end of the village on the left hand side just before the turning to Ladram Bay.
